Believe it or not, the holidays are almost upon us! On December 2nd join in on the fun at the Currituck County Center of N.C. Cooperative Extension. The night begins with Reindeer Games at 5:30; the annual tree lighting at 6:30; and culminates with the main event, Currituck’s 29th Annual Holiday Parade at 7:00. Come out early, and play holiday-themed games, view the County Tree Lighting, and enjoy some cookies and hot cocoa. Bring a chair or blanket so you can have a comfortable spot to view the Holiday parade hosted by the Currituck County Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #89.
If you cannot attend in person or are still not ready to be back in public, we will be live-streaming the tree lighting and parade on the Currituck Extension YouTube channel (Currituckces). Visit, subscribe, and ring the bell so you are notified when we go live on December 2nd.
If you are interested in participating, please complete the entry form. The Holiday Parade is organized by The Currituck Fraternal Order of Police Lodge #89 and N.C. Cooperative Extension, Currituck County Center. If you have additional questions please contact Sheila Gregory at 252-232-2261 or sheila_gregory@ncsu.edu or contact Lt.
